      • Add anyone across the organization
      • Populate the initiative with activities
      • Consider risks from a change management perspective

      • Add risk types and descriptions
      • Specify impact level and risk rating
      • Assign a risk owner for traceability
      • Mark risks as open or closed

      • Add activities or pulse checks
      • Choose activity type (e.g., presentation)
      • Specify details like delivery time and targeted group
      • Assign an activity deliverer
      • Connect activities to impacts and risks

      • Establish connections between stakeholders, impacts, risks, and activities
      • Ensure alignment and support for change initiatives
      • Utilize the Change Plan for effective change management strategies
  1. Viewing and Monitoring
      • Save activities and view them in a list
      • Utilize a change phase view for a Kanban-style overview
      • Align with popular change management frameworks for streamlined processes
