Open Risks

The Open Risks Report in ChangePlan provides a comprehensive view of all active risks across initiatives within an organization. This report helps teams track, analyze, and mitigate potential risks effectively.

Accessing the Open Risks Report

  1. Navigate to Reports:
      • Go to the All Initiatives View.
      • Click on the Reports tab.
      • Select Open Risks from the list of available reports.
  1. Filter Risks:
      • View all open risks across the entire organization.
      • Use filters to refine the data:
        • Active Initiatives Only – Focus on ongoing projects.
        • Specific Portfolios – Narrow down risks by portfolio.
  1. Viewing Risk Details:
      • Each risk entry displays:
        • The initiative it belongs to.
        • The type of risk (e.g., Employee Culture & Values, Management Awareness).
      • Hover over the number of risks to see specific details.
      • Click on a risk to navigate directly to the related initiative for further analysis.

Exporting the Open Risks Report

  1. Click the Export button in the top-right corner. It will be exported in PNG format for sharing.

Use Case: Proactive Risk Management

  • Identify high-impact risks early and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Ensure executive teams and stakeholders have visibility into organizational risks.
  • Take immediate action by investigating risks within initiatives directly from the report.
By utilizing the Open Risks Report, change managers can maintain proactive risk oversight and ensure smooth change management execution.
