Begin by completing a quick 12-question Change Effort Assessment. This diagnostic populates your initiative with an overall effort level, helping you plan accordingly.

2. Adding Details

Navigate to the Change Canvas page to define high-level goals and perspectives. This forms the foundation for your initiative.

3. Setting Up Milestones

  • Go to the Change Checklist to set key milestones and deliverable dates.
