πŸ“ What Is the All Initiatives Page?

The All Initiatives page is your centralized dashboard β€” a single view of every change initiative underway (or completed) in your organization. It gives change managers and leaders a high-level, real-time overview of change efforts across portfolios, including details like audiences, timelines, risks, readiness, and more.
Whether you're planning, tracking, or reviewing initiatives, this page keeps everything organized and easily accessible.

πŸ” Navigating the Page

From the main ChangePlan menu, select β€œAll Initiatives” to open the view.
Each row represents a single initiative, while columns provide key details such as:
  • Initiative Name
  • Portfolio
  • Go-Live Date (flagged red if overdue)
  • Hashtags (Functions)
  • Change Impact Count
  • Audience Count
  • Readiness & Adoption Score
  • Open Risks
  • Activity Progress
  • Assigned Change Manager
  • Last Login
To explore more, simply click on an initiative name to access the Single Initiative View, where detailed stakeholder plans and engagement strategies are managed.
To return to the All Initiatives page at any time, click "ChangePlan" at the top left or use the dropdown at the top navigation bar.

Use the Function field (multi-select tags) and Initiative Types (single select) during initiative setup to improve searchability and grouping on this page. Agreeing on a standard taxonomy across teams ensures cleaner, more meaningful reporting.
