Getting Started with the Change Canvas
- Access the Change Canvas
- Navigate to the “Change on a Page” box in your initiative dashboard to begin.
- Collaborate with Key Stakeholders
- Work with your project sponsor, project manager, and key stakeholders to create the Change Canvas.
- Use this as a shared document to align on goals, risks, and strategies.
- Update and Review
- Use the Initiative Summary section at the top to review or edit initiative details. (To make changes, return to the main page and click “Edit Initiative”.)
- Complete each section of the canvas by entering relevant information.
- Regularly update and refresh the canvas as the initiative evolves.
- Best Practice for Collaboration
- Host a collaborative meeting to fill out the canvas together.
- Share the draft with your team for alignment before finalizing.
- Exporting the Change Canvas
- Once completed, export the finalized Change Canvas to PDF by clicking “Export PDF” at the top of the page.
