Additional Tips

  • Bulk Removal: Use the multi-select feature to save time by removing multiple items (org chart levels, individuals, or groups) in one action.
  • Review Changes: Before confirming, ensure that the selected audience is no longer required for the initiative.
  • Custom Groups: Keep your custom groups updated to reflect current project needs.

Important Notes

  • For Admin Users:
    • Admins have the option to remove individuals entirely from the company in addition to removing them from an initiative.
    • Use caution when removing individuals from the company to avoid losing important records.
  • Non-Admin Users:
    • If you’re not an admin, you can only remove stakeholders or individuals from the initiative, not the entire company.
