Exporting Initiative Change Effort Assessment Responses

ChangePlan’s new XLS Export for Initiative Change Effort Assessment feature offers admins the ability to download and review assessment responses across all initiatives. This report provides a comprehensive view of how change efforts are scored, enabling better decision-making and resource allocation. Only available to admin users.

Steps to Export the Change Effort Assessment Report

  1. Access the Settings Menu:
      • As a ChangePlan admin, click the Welcome button in the upper-right corner.
      • Navigate to Settings.
  1. Go to the Assessment Tab:
      • In the settings menu, select the Assessment Tab.
  1. Locate the Change Effort Section:
      • Under the Change Effort section, find the Export All Assessment XLS option.
  1. Export the Report:
      • Click the Export All Assessment XLS button to generate the file.
