📂 Export Change Canvas to Word & Excel
Users can now export the Change Canvas as a Word or Excel file, making it easier to share, edit, and collaborate on key change documentation. This feature allows for greater flexibility in formatting and editing, so you can refine details before presenting them to stakeholders.

📊 Activity Owner Feedbacks in Readiness & Adoption Reports
A new "Owner Feedbacks" tab has been added to the Readiness & Adoption Report, allowing activity owners to provide qualitative insights on interventions.

Now, you can bulk delete impacts directly from a Single Initiative, just like with activities! Simply select multiple impacts and remove them in one go—no more manual deletions.

We’ve optimized the Individual Upload process, transferring it to a dedicated cron server for faster processing and better scalability.

🔥 Heatmap Enhancements: Better Parent Group Insights
We’ve upgraded Heatmaps to provide better visibility into individuals associated with parent groups. Now, parent group individuals are displayed separately for a clearer impact and activity burden analysis.

🔧 Improved Org Chart Settings & Button Renaming
To enhance clarity and ease of use, we’ve updated the Org Chart Settings page with improved labels and button placements.
🔹 Changes include:
- Removed the outdated "Import Org Chart" button.
- Renamed "IMPORT ORG CHART WITH PREVIEW" → "SETUP ORG CHART"
- Renamed "DELETE ALL AUDIENCE" → "DELETE ALL INDIVIDUALS"
- Moved "DELETE ALL INDIVIDUALS" to a more intuitive location.
🔍 Impact Heatmap Audience Selection Display Improvements
We’ve refined the way affected audience numbers are displayed across Org Charts, Individuals, and Custom Groups to improve clarity.

- Consistent formatting across all views for improved readability.
👥 "Full Access" Column Added to All Initiatives View
For better visibility into user access levels, a new "Full Access" column has been added to the All Initiatives page.

🐞 Fixes That Make Your Work Smoother
✅ Resolved: Custom Groups Now Update Without Errors
Updating Custom Groups no longer triggers internal server errors when modifying the 'Number of People' field or adding individuals.
📅 Fixed: Time Away from Work Calculation Errors
We resolved an issue where activities with a date range incorrectly calculated Time Away from Normal Work.
📂 Fixed: Uploading Individuals in Single Initiative
Previously, adding existing individuals would get stuck at "0%..."—this has now been resolved.
📊 Activities Now Show Correctly in Timeline Reports
Some activities were missing from the Timeline Report—now, all activities display as expected.
👥 Imported Audience Now Displays Properly
Org Groups and Individuals imported via Import Impacts & Activities now correctly appear in the Audience List inside a Single Initiative.
🔐 Upcoming: SSO Login Optimization
We’re making SSO login simpler and more secure! Starting Wednesday, March 5, 2025, logging in via SSO will be easier and faster—no more scrolling through a long list of organizations.
What’s Changing?
✅ No more organization dropdown – Just enter your email, and we’ll do the rest.
✅ Smarter email verification – If your company has SSO, we’ll send you straight to your login page.
✅ Clearer error messages – If your email isn’t recognized or your company doesn’t have SSO enabled, you’ll get a message explaining why.
How It Works Now:
1️⃣ Enter your email on the SSO login page.
2️⃣ If your company has SSO, you’ll be redirected to your usual login portal.
3️⃣ If not, we’ll let you know so you can log in another way.
