Bulk Import for Audience Targeted Impacts
Managing large-scale initiatives? You no longer need to select targeted audiences one by one. This update enables bulk imports into the Impacts section of a Single Initiative, making it easier to add individuals in just a few clicks.

Optimized ‘Select Initiative’ Dropdown
For users managing a high volume of initiatives, this update optimizes the initiative selection dropdown to prevent slowdowns when logging in. Navigation is now faster and more responsive.
More Accurate Individual Counts in Activity Burden Heatmaps
Previously, individual counts included all individuals under a parent group, which sometimes led to overcounts. Now, individual rows in the Activity Burden Heatmap reflect only those directly attached to the parent group, ensuring a more precise and actionable view of workload distribution.
🐞 Bug Fixes: Better Accuracy & Smoother Experience
✅ Initiative Creation Now Works as Expected
- If an error occurs while creating an initiative, it will no longer be saved unless properly confirmed—preventing incomplete or unintended records.
✅ Change Canvas Exports Work Without a Logo
- No company logo? No problem. Your Word (.docx) Change Canvas exports will generate correctly even if a logo isn’t included.
✅ Pulse Survey Sends to Correct Audience
- Only the selected audience will receive Pulse Surveys, ensuring accurate data in Readiness Reports.
✅ Faster Deletion of Org Chart Child Groups
- Performance improvements mean child groups in the Org Chart can now be deleted quickly and efficiently.
✅ Change Impacts Report Now Generates Without Errors
- Generating reports with multiple filters now works seamlessly.
✅ Accurate Custom Group Search in All Audience > Individuals
- When adding a Custom Group, search now returns accurate results instead of displaying ‘No Data.’
✅ Email Imports Now Recognize Capitalization
- Uppercase vs. lowercase mismatches are now resolved. Single Initiative > Individuals import will now recognize individuals’ email addresses correctly regardless of capitalization.
✅ Custom Groups Now Appear in Audience Tables
- Custom Groups added to initiatives now display correctly in the Audience Table, with the right number of people reflected in the dashboard.
✅ Hidden Change Canvas Sections Stay Hidden in Exports
- If a section is toggled off in Change Canvas, it will no longer appear in exported DOCX, PPTX, or PDF files.
✅ Org Chart Names Sorted Alphabetically in "Add Audience" Modal
- Finding groups is now easier—Org Chart names in the ‘Add Audience’ modal are now sorted alphabetically.
✅ Improved Search for Assigning Reporting Managers
- Assigning a Reporting Manager now works properly—search by name, email, or employee ID, with partial matches recognized.
✅ Custom Block Names Stay Correct in Change Canvas Exports
- No more default resets! Custom block names in Change Canvas PDFs now remain as intended, preserving user input.
