We've standardized the order of fields in the Audience (Individuals) import/export templates so they now match—making data handling more intuitive.

🐞 Bug Fixes & Improvements

Save Button & Remove From Initiative Now Work for Full Access Users

Full Access users can now confidently manage individuals without blocked buttons or missing functionality.

Deleted Users Now Removed from Audience Lists

When users are deleted from Settings, they’ll also be removed from the All Initiatives > Audience > Individuals view for a cleaner workspace.

All Emails Now Saved in Lowercase

To avoid permission mismatches, email addresses are now automatically saved in lowercase during user creation by Admins and Super Admins.

Apostrophes in Emails Now Supported

No more issues when trying to add users with valid apostrophe-containing emails (like o’[email protected]).

Reordered Impact Types Now Save Properly

The ‘Reorder’ option in Settings > Impacts tab now saves and reflects your preferred display order for Impact Types.

Org Group Lists Are Now Alphabetical

Whether you’re adding audience to impacts or activities, Org Chart groups now appear in alphabetical order—making selection faster.

No More Duplicate Email Errors in User Setup

If a user email exists in lowercase and you attempt to add it with different casing, the system now recognizes it as the same and avoids duplicate or error messages.

Fixed: Search by Project Role in Audience View

Searching by 'Project Role' in Single Initiative > Audience > Individuals now correctly returns expected results.
