🔍 How to Filter for Active Initiatives in ChangePlan

You can filter your views in ChangePlan to show only active initiatives across different pages and reports. 

Here's how:
  1. All Activities Page
      • Click the filter icon at the top of the page.
      • Under Criteria, select Initiative Status.
      • Choose Active only and click Apply.
      • ✅ The filter will stay in place when you return to this page.
  1. Single View of Change (under Change Effort)
      • Use the same Initiative Status = Active filter.
      • Combine with other filters like Go Live Year if needed.
  1. Heat Maps (e.g., Weekly Activity Burden)
      • Before generating a report, apply the Initiative Status = Active filter.
      • Then generate the report.
      • 👀 You’ll see change impacts only for impacted groups and time periods with impacts.
