Impact Type Proportions – Per Level 1 Group

What it answers:
Is each team facing mostly systems change, process updates, behavior shifts, or role impacts?
Why it helps:

What’s different from native reporting?
ChangePlan shows heatmaps by impact type, but this view:
- Highlights proportions, not just raw scores
- Makes it easy to compare groups side by side
- Is ideal for comms planning and stakeholder engagement
How it looks:
A set of stacked percentage bars — one per group. Each bar is divided into colored sections (Systems, Process, Roles, Behaviors), always adding up to 100%. You can instantly see that HR is mostly behavioral change while IT is mostly systems.
How to build it:
- Use the Pivot Table from Report 1
- Select pivot table range
Insert > 100% Stacked Column Chart
- Right-click >
Select Data > Switch Row/Column
- Confirm Y-axis is percentages (100% scale)
