Impact Type Proportions – Per Level 1 Group

What’s different from native reporting?

How it looks:
A set of stacked percentage bars — one per group. Each bar is divided into colored sections (Systems, Process, Roles, Behaviors), always adding up to 100%. You can instantly see that HR is mostly behavioral change while IT is mostly systems.
How to build it:
  1. Use the Pivot Table from Report 1
  1. Select pivot table range
  1. Insert > 100% Stacked Column Chart
  1. Right-click > Select Data > Switch Row/Column
  1. Confirm Y-axis is percentages (100% scale)
