How it looks:
A timeline table with months across the top, impact types down the side, and weighted scores in each cell. Totals by month can be color-coded to reveal peak saturation periods.
How to build it:
- Export Heatmap data
- Format Start/End Dates as Date
- Insert Pivot Table:
- Rows: Impact Type
- Columns: Start Date (then Group > Months)
- Values: Weighting (Sum)
- Filters: Org Level 1 Group
- Apply conditional formatting or plot as stacked column chart
