Average Change Capability Scores
What it answers:
Do teams have the capability to absorb and lead the changes coming?
Why it helps:
- Quantifies risk of failure or resistance
- Tracks trends in readiness over time
- Justifies investments in change enablement
Whatβs different from native reporting?
ChangePlan shows capability per initiative, but this report:
- Aggregates results across filters (timeframes, portfolios)
- Compares dimensions side by side (Leadership, Comms, Training)
- Highlights capability gaps at enterprise level
How it looks:
A horizontal bar chart, one bar per capability dimension (Leadership Support, Stakeholder Alignment, Learning Readiness). Each bar runs along a 1β5 scale, colored from red (low) to green (high).
How to build it:
- Export All Assessments (Admin > Settings > Assessment)
- Keep Q7βQ12, convert text answers to numeric values (Strongly Disagree=1 ... Strongly Agree=5)
- Create new column averaging Q7βQ12
- Insert Pivot Table:
- Rows: Question label
- Values: Average score
- Insert horizontal bar chart
