Average Change Capability Scores

What it answers:
Do teams have the capability to absorb and lead the changes coming?
Why it helps:
  • Quantifies risk of failure or resistance
  • Tracks trends in readiness over time
  • Justifies investments in change enablement
What’s different from native reporting?
ChangePlan shows capability per initiative, but this report:
  • Aggregates results across filters (timeframes, portfolios)
  • Compares dimensions side by side (Leadership, Comms, Training)
  • Highlights capability gaps at enterprise level
How it looks:
A horizontal bar chart, one bar per capability dimension (Leadership Support, Stakeholder Alignment, Learning Readiness). Each bar runs along a 1–5 scale, colored from red (low) to green (high).
How to build it:
  1. Export All Assessments (Admin > Settings > Assessment)
  1. Keep Q7–Q12, convert text answers to numeric values (Strongly Disagree=1 ... Strongly Agree=5)
  1. Create new column averaging Q7–Q12
  1. Insert Pivot Table:
      • Rows: Question label
      • Values: Average score
  1. Insert horizontal bar chart
