Weighted Impacts by Type – Per Initiative

What it answers
- Which initiatives carry the highest change load
- What mix of impact types each initiative is driving
- Where to focus comms, training, and risk mitigation
Why it helps
- Prioritizes initiatives with heavy or complex impact profiles
- Clarifies scope for workstream owners and SMEs
- Aligns resources with the real mix of process, tech, role, and behavior change
What is different from native reporting
ChangePlan already calculates impact weights and rolls them up. This view reorganizes that intelligence into a simple matrix that compares initiatives side by side. It is not a manual spreadsheet guess. The cells use the same weighted scoring produced by ChangePlan’s impact assessment rollups.
How it looks
A clean table with initiatives in rows, impact types in columns, and the weighted score in each cell. Include row and column totals. Add conditional formatting to highlight hot spots.
How to build it
