Tracking Adoption

ChangePlan supports 3 adoption metrics, which default to:
1. Uptake 2. Proficiency 3. Usage outcome

Schedule adoption pulse check

You can schedule Adoption pulse checks in the Activities page:

When you select the metric, ChangePlan will show you the default question that is asked:

Tweak the metrics

As an administrator, you can tweak these metric names and set the questions sent via the pulse check in the Settings menu:

As an alternative, or in addition to using the pulse check survey, you can also add your own data to each metric using the manual score feature:

Viewing & interpreting results

The results of the three adoption metrics aggregate by org chart group and appear in the Adoption report page (shown here with only data for the 2nd adoption metric, proficiency):

The adoption results also aggregate at a project wide level on the Initiative dashboard:
