- Choose groups and add them to the initiative.
- Impacted Audience
- Add the level of impact for the change.
- Set differing impact levels for each parent group.
- Save the impacted audience.
- Assigning Impact Owner
- Helps with traceability and responsibility tracking.
- Can add anyone from the organization.
- Save the impact with assigned owner.
- Identifying Risks
- Not a project risk register, but for change management perspective.
- Choose risk type, add description, impact level.
- Add risk owner for traceability, mark open or closed.
- Creating Activities
- Support stakeholders through the change.
- Choose to add a regular activity or a pulse check.
- Specify details like type, delivery time, target group, deliverer.
- Connect activities to impacts and risks for alignment.
- Save the activity for tracking.
- Viewing Activities
- Activities can be viewed in a list or change phase view.
- Change phase view aligns with popular change management frameworks.
