Open an initiative and choose Audience. Use + Add org group, + Add individuals or + Add custom groups to attach people.

For each group or individual, set their level of influence and level of support. These feed the audience matrix report (manage closely, keep satisfied, keep informed, monitor).

Remove an audience from an initiative

Use Remove from initiative. This takes them off this initiative only. They stay in your organisation’s audience list.

Good to know

  • Level of influence is how much the group or person can affect the initiative's success. Level of support is their attitude to the change.
  • People must already be in your organisation's audience list before you can add them as individuals. Add or import them on the Individuals tab first, using lowercase email addresses.
  • Anyone who can edit the initiative can add or remove its audiences. Only admins can delete a person from ChangePlan entirely.
