Portfolio reports

- Change Effort heat map: which initiatives carry the most effort
- Change Impact heat map: which groups face the most change, and when. How the colours are worked out depends on your organisationβs settings: either the highest single impact in each cell, or a weighted score across all impacts
- Collision timeline: initiatives with overlapping go-live dates. Use it as an early warning, not a scheduling tool
- Activity Burden: how much activity is landing on each audience
- Checklist progress: completion of checklist items across initiatives
Reports for one initiative

Includes the audience matrix, which plots audiences by influence and support: manage closely, keep satisfied, keep informed, monitor.
Export a report

The initiative brief can also be exported to PowerPoint.
Which report answers which question
Question | Where to look |
Who is the change manager for an initiative? | The Initiatives page (table), which shows the roles assigned to each initiative |
What initiatives are happening around me? | Reports > Change effort, Timeline tab |
What initiatives are happening in a particular division? | Reports > Change effort, filtered by audience to that division |
How much change is a team or area facing? | The Change effort timeline or the Change impacts heatmap |
Does a team have capacity right now? | The Activity burden report |
Are there initiatives or activities I can align with? | The Change effort Timeline tab, to spot overlaps |
For leadership updates: use the Change effort heat map to prioritise high-effort initiatives, the Change impact heat map to show where support is needed, and Activity Burden to show how workload is balanced.
