Log in, use single sign-on, reset your password and log out

Who this is for: All users

Log in with email and password

Enter your work email and password, then click Login
Enter your work email and password, then click Login
  1. Go to ChangePlan using the link your admin gave you.
  1. Enter your work email and password.
  1. Click Login.

Log in with single sign-on (SSO)

Enter your work email, then click Login via SSO
Enter your work email, then click Login via SSO
If your organisation signs in through its identity provider (for example Microsoft Entra ID), use single sign-on:
  1. On the login screen, choose to log in with SSO.
  1. Enter your work email address.
  1. Click Login via SSO and sign in with your work account.

Reset your password

Enter your work email and click Send email
Enter your work email and click Send email
  1. Click Forgot password on the login screen.
  1. Enter your work email.
  1. Check your inbox for a reset link and follow it to set a new password.
No email? Check your spam folder, then contact your admin.

Set your password (new users)

When an admin adds you, ChangePlan emails you a link to set your password. Follow it once, then log in as above.

Log out

Click your initials, then Logout
Click your initials, then Logout
Click your initials in the top right corner, then choose Logout.
