Start your change impact assessment

 
  1. High-Level Change Assessment
      • Conducted at the beginning of an initiative.
      • Form of change impact assessment.
      • Done on the second page of the edit initiative model.
  1. Detailed Change Impact Assessment
      • Accessible on the impacts page.
      • Can import from Excel using a provided template or use the add an impact wizard.
      • Wizard asks questions about the change, impact on people, impact type, current and future state details, and who is impacted.
  1. Specifying Impact
      • Choose impact type (configured for organization).
      • Select impacted stakeholders from organizational groups, individuals, and custom groups.
      • Specify impact level (high, medium, low) for each group or individual.
      • Automatically assign impact level to individuals part of organizational groups.
  1. Additional Actions
      • Attach change activities to the impact.
      • Specify impact owner (optional).
      • Add notes to the impact.
      • Save the impact assessment to begin tracking.
