• Select "duplicate."

• Specify the name of the copied initiative.
• Set the estimated start date of the initiative.
• Choose which components to duplicate:
• Change on a page fields.
• Impact assessment.
• Deliverables.
• Risks assessment.
• Stakeholder list.
• Activity planning list.
• Project milestones.
• Change manager.

3. Effect on Dates
• By adding an estimated start date, the change plan will automatically adjust all activity and deliverable dates to align with the new start date.
