Creating a new initiative

 
  1. Go to the All Initiatives page and click Add.
  1. Fill in the wizard screen that pops up:
      • Add the name (e.g., Sandbox Project).
      • Optionally add the portfolio it belongs to.
      • Add an estimated go-live date.
      • Choose between US or international date formats.
  1. Note the estimated completion date field for Change Plan's Pulse check feature.
  1. Optionally add project sponsor and project manager information.
  1. Grant initiative access to other ChangePlan licensed users if needed.
  1. Save and go to the dashboard.
