Creating a new initiative
- Go to the All Initiatives page and click Add.
- Fill in the wizard screen that pops up:
- Add the name (e.g., Sandbox Project).
- Optionally add the portfolio it belongs to.
- Add an estimated go-live date.
- Choose between US or international date formats.
- Note the estimated completion date field for Change Plan's Pulse check feature.
- Optionally add project sponsor and project manager information.
- Grant initiative access to other ChangePlan licensed users if needed.
- Save and go to the dashboard.
