Setting up the Change Effort questionnaire
Questions 1 to 6: SCOPE OF CHANGE
These questions relate to the scale, or how large, the change is. Larger means higher change effort.
- LOW scores (project scope is smaller) bring the result down on the y axis (green on heatmap)
- HIGH scores (project scope is bigger) push the result up on the y axis (red on heatmap)
Questions by default ordered in the settings area in this sequence:
- extremely low level (red on heatmap)
- low level
- moderate level
- high level
- extremely high level (green on heatmap)
Questions 7 to 12: ABILITY TO ABSORB CHANGE
These questions relate to how able or 'ready' stakeholders are to adopt change. More readiness means lower change effort.
- LOW scores (stakeholders less ready) push the result to the right on the x axis (red on heatmap)
- HIGH scores (stakeholders more ready) pull the result to the left on the x axis (green on heatmap)

- high level
- moderate level
- low level
- extremely low level (red on heatmap)
