Setting up the Change Effort questionnaire

Questions 1 to 6: SCOPE OF CHANGE

These questions relate to the scale, or how large, the change is. Larger means higher change effort.
  • LOW scores (project scope is smaller) bring the result down on the y axis (green on heatmap)
  • HIGH scores (project scope is bigger) push the result up on the y axis (red on heatmap)

Questions by default ordered in the settings area in this sequence:
  • extremely low level (red on heatmap)
  • low level
  • moderate level
  • high level
  • extremely high level (green on heatmap)

  • HIGH scores (stakeholders more ready) pull the result to the left on the x axis (green on heatmap)

Questions by  default ordered in the settings area in this sequence:
  • extremely high level (green on heatmap)
  • high level

  • low level
