Completing the Change Canvas
The Change on a Page serves as your “guide” to documenting key elements about the change.
- Click on the “Change on a Page” box to begin
- You can create this in partnership with your project Sponsor, project manager, and/or key stakeholders.
- Review this document with your Sponsor, project manager, and/or key stakeholders to ensure alignment before proceeding.
- At the top of the page in the “Initiative Summary” you will see the information that you keyed in when creating the initiative. You can change or update this information by going back to the main page and clicking on “edit initiative”
- Complete the change on a page by entering in information in each of the boxes. You can click on the “learn more” button at the top of the page for help if needed.
- You can update and refresh information at any time during your project as things may shift or change.
- Best practice is to host a meeting and document/fill this out together and then share and align on the final version.
- Once complete – you can export the final version to PDF by licking on the “Export PDF” button at the top of the screen.
