Impact heatmaps
  • Red - high impact level
  • Orange - medium impact level
  • Green - low impact level

We also use a 'tint' of red, orange and green to show how heavily a change will impact on audience groups:

Activity burden heatmaps (default settings)
  • Yellow - affected stakeholders have less than 0.5hrs per person per week away from normal work due to change management activities
  • Orange - affected stakeholders have between 0.5hrs and 1hr per person per week away from normal work due to change management activities
  • Red - affected stakeholders have between 1hr and 2hrs per person per week away from normal work due to change management activities
  • Purple - affected stakeholders have over 2hrs per person per week away from normal work due to change management activities

  • Green - low risk rating
