Who this is for: Everyone who works with org groups
Only admins can edit the Details of an org group. This keeps your organisation's structure accurate and stops accidental changes.
What non-admins can do
- On Audiences > Org groups: open an org group and view its Details, but not edit them.
- On an initiative: view the Details of the org groups attached to it, but not edit them.
Get an org group's details changed
- Note the org group and the change you need.
- Ask one of your organisation's admins to make it. Admins can edit Details directly, or update the whole org chart from Settings > Org chart.
