Defining and Managing Impacts
- Define Change Impacts
- Navigate to the Single Initiative Dashboard > Impacts > Add.
- Specify the type of change (e.g., Choose from default categories like Organizational, Customer, Structural, Technological,etc.)
- Assign a level of change (Low, Medium, or High).
- Populate details about how the change affects stakeholders and outline current and future states.
- Link Activities to Impacts
- Attach existing activities (e.g., training, communication) to each change.
- Create new activities if needed to ensure every change is fully supported.
Streamlining Impact Management
- View and Sort Impacts:
- Use the Impacts dashboard to see all changes, their details, and supporting activities.
- Sort impacts by the number of linked activities to identify gaps.
- Take Action:
- Assign missing activities to ensure adequate stakeholder support.
- Add new activities as needed, such as engagement meetings or system training.
Impact Heatmaps
- Visual Insights: Use the Impact Heatmap to see how changes affect different stakeholder groups.
- Actionable Data: Analyze the magnitude and spread of impacts to prioritize efforts and allocate resources effectively.
