Easily monitor task completion rates with this new export feature. Gain actionable insights into checklist progress across all initiatives in a selected portfolio, enabling more effective change management.
📊 Excel Export: Change Effort Assessment Responses
Admins can now download and review Change Effort Assessment responses across initiatives. This comprehensive export provides a detailed view to aid better decision-making and resource allocation.
🏷️ Single Initiative: Individual Role Tags
Define roles and responsibilities effortlessly with the new Individual Role Tags feature. Assign clear roles for managing activities, impacts, and risks within initiatives, enhancing accountability and team management.
🔑 Simplified Initiative Roles & Access Levels
We’ve revamped how initiative roles work, separating the Change Manager role from access permissions. This ensures greater clarity and flexibility, addressing previous issues like inaccuracies in the Team Utilization report.

🔍 Employee ID Search & Exports
You can now search for individuals by Employee ID when adding audience members or affected individuals. Additionally, Employee IDs are included in exports for All Audience lists and initiative reports, ensuring data completeness and precision.
🗂️ Portfolio Filtering & Sorting Improvements
Filter initiatives by portfolio on the Portfolio page or sort fields on the All Initiatives page—sorting preferences are now retained even after refreshing the page, saving you time and effort.
📝 Better Data in Reports and Exports
- Activity burden modals now display activity titles for better visibility.
- The ‘Status’ column has been added to exported .xlsx files for Activities and Impacts, providing a clearer picture of progress.
🐞 Fixes to Keep You Moving Forward
- Optimized Reports Performance: Resolved slowness and unresponsiveness when generating larger reports.
- Go-Live Year Filter Accuracy: Filters in Change Impacts and Activity Burden reports now display correct data for the selected year (e.g., 2025).
- Accurate Sorting: Fixed sorting issues in the All Initiatives table, including date formats and effort level sorting.
- Improved Imports & Exports: Importing activities with owner data and exporting initiatives, impacts, and activities now include all relevant details, such as owners and hashtags.
- Cleaner Data Displays: Duplicate group entries in the Org Chart and audience lists have been removed, ensuring data clarity.
- Real-Time Updates: Changes in risks, impacts, and activities now reflect instantly without needing a page refresh.
- Heatmap Visual Enhancements: Styling and corner radius improvements ensure heatmaps are now more polished and visually accurate.
