Active Directory (AD) Data Use in ChangePlan

ChangePlan retrieves a limited set of data fields relating to employees from AD for the purpose of generating an organizational chart that can be accessed by users and used to link groups and individual employees to change initiatives.
ChangePlan stores the data subset and retains this until it is updated or removed by the company admin.
If you have concerns about which specific fields are accessed, we can provide a list on request.
ChangePlan does not send any information to AD.
