How can we help?

Send pulse checks and track adoption

ChangePlan’s Pulse Check and Adoption features allow you to measure stakeholder readiness and track change adoption across initiatives. Whether you're gathering sentiment post-activity or running standalone checks, these tools help teams monitor how change is being received and acted upon.

Who this is for: Users who can edit an initiative and want to measure readiness or adoption
Pulse checks are one-question surveys you send to an audience to measure how ready people are for a change (readiness) or how well they have taken it up after go-live (adoption). Results show in the initiative and roll up to the Initiatives page and your portfolios.

Schedule a pulse check

You can add a pulse check to an activity, or send one on its own.
  1. Open the initiative and choose Activities.
  1. Click + Add activity to attach a pulse check to an activity, or + Pulse check to create a standalone check.

      • Readiness: select a change phase (for example Awareness or Know-how). The matching question fills in automatically.
      • Adoption: select an adoption metric (Uptake, Proficiency or Usage outcome). The matching question is shown.
  1. Assign the stakeholders who should receive it and set the send date in the same window.
  1. Save.

  • The table under each chart lists the scores, respondent details (unless the check is anonymous) and free-text comments (if turned on).
