Export all change effort responses to Excel

Admins can download every initiative's change effort responses as one XLS file from Settings > Assessment.

Who this is for: Admins
Download every initiative's change effort assessment responses as one Excel (XLS) file. Use it to compare effort scores across initiatives, spot the ones that need more support, and share the picture with leaders. Only admins can run this export.

Export all change effort responses

  1. Click Settings in the left menu.
  1. Open the Assessment tab.
  1. In the Change effort section, click Export All Assessment XLS.
  1. Open the file once it's ready.
The export lists each initiative's responses as scores, without your custom question text, so it's quick to filter and compare.

Tips

  1. Filter for initiatives with consistently high scores to find where extra resources or support are needed.
  1. Run the export regularly to track how effort scores change over time.
  1. Share the results with your teams and leaders to agree priorities and make the case for resources or timeline changes.
