Who this is for: Users who can edit an initiative
Instead of selecting individuals one by one, import the people affected by an impact, with each person's impact level, from an Excel template. This saves time on large initiatives and lets you check the list before it's saved.
Open the import
- Open the initiative and choose Impacts.
- Open the impact you want to add people to.
- Under Audience impacted, click Import audience.
Fill in the template
- In the Import individuals window, download the template (Template.xlsx).
- Add one row per person:
- Email address: must match an individual already in ChangePlan.
- Impact level: High, Medium or Low.
Email addresses must match people already in Individuals or Org groups, or the import returns an error. Use lowercase email addresses to avoid mismatches.
Upload and check the summary
- Click + Choose file and select your completed template.
- ChangePlan checks the file and shows an Imported individuals summary with each person's name, email address and impact level.
- Check the list is complete and correct.
- Click Continue to finish the import.
