Who this is for: Users who can edit an initiative
Use this when an impact already exists and you need to add the audiences it affects, set how strongly each one is affected, and link the activities that support it.
Add impacted audiences
- Open the initiative and choose Impacts.
- Click the impact you want to update. It opens with the details you've already entered.
- Under Audience impacted, click Add impacted audience.
- The audience list appears. Groups you haven't added to the initiative's audience are greyed out, so add them to the initiative first if you need them.
- If a whole group is affected in the same way, tick the box next to it. If not, click > next to the group name to drill down, and keep drilling down as far as you need.
- Next to each group you selected, choose High, Medium or Low to set how strongly this impact affects that audience.
Only drill down when teams within a department are affected differently, or when only some teams are affected. Otherwise, select the department.
Link activities to the impact
- In the same impact, click Add activity. The activities already created on the initiative appear.
- Select one or more activities that support this impact and audience.
- Click Attach to add them to the impact. Each linked activity shows its date, its change phase and the minutes of time away from normal work.
- Click Save.
