Who this is for: Change managers, portfolio leads and executives who need to see risks across initiatives.
The Open Risks report lists every open risk across your initiatives in one place. Use it to spot risks early, give leaders visibility, and jump straight to the initiative that needs attention.
Open the report
- Click Reports in the left menu.
- Choose Open risks.
Set up and generate
- The report opens showing all open risks across your organisation.
- To narrow it down, use the filters:
- Active initiatives only: show risks from initiatives that are in progress.
- Portfolio: show risks from particular portfolios.
Read the report
- Each entry shows the initiative the risk belongs to and the type of risk, such as Employee Culture & Values or Management Awareness.
- Hover over the number of risks to see the details.
- Click a risk to go straight to its initiative.
How it is calculated
The report includes risks that are still open on each initiative. To take a risk off the report, mark it as closed on its initiative. See Mark a risk as closed.
Options
Use the Active initiatives only and Portfolio filters to change what the report shows.
Export
- Click Export in the top-right corner.
- The report is exported as a PNG image you can share or add to slides.
If nothing shows
- Clear or widen your filters.
- If no initiatives have open risks, the report is empty. Add risks on an initiative first. See Change Management Risks – User Guide.
