Who this is for: Everyone who is new to ChangePlan
ChangePlan is a change management platform that connects project delivery with stakeholder adoption. Read this first for a quick overview of what ChangePlan does and where to start.
A welcome from Gavin
Why ChangePlan
Managing change is more than hitting deadlines and budgets. It is about making sure people are ready, willing and able to adopt the change. ChangePlan helps you:
- Track stakeholder journeys: see how each audience group is affected by change.
- Go beyond project tools: get insight into adoption and readiness, not just delivery.
- Coordinate across initiatives: see the big picture across all your initiatives so change efforts don't overlap.
- Replace manual tracking: move away from spreadsheets so you can focus on results.
ChangePlan supports two areas of organisational success:
Area | Goal |
Project management | Deliver initiatives on time, within scope and on budget. |
Change management | Make sure stakeholders adopt and use what the project delivers, so the full benefits are realised. |
