Who this is for: Anyone working inside an initiative.
Each initiative has its own dashboard and its own left menu. This article shows where everything lives, so you can jump straight to the area you need.
Open an initiative
- Click Initiatives in the left menu, then click the initiative's name. Or pick it from the recent initiatives in the left menu.
- The initiative's dashboard opens. While setup is still in progress, the three Initiative Setup panels show at the top.
What's in the initiative menu
Area | What you do there | Learn more |
Change Effort | Answer 12 questions to size the initiative and place it on the heat map

Change checklist | Set milestones and deliverable dates, and assign colleagues to track time on tasks
Audience | Add the org groups, custom groups and individuals affected
Impacts | Assess what changes for each group

Reports
Reports such as stakeholder or audience matrices, impact heatmaps and change risk heatmaps are under Reports in the main left menu, not inside the initiative. Use them to communicate the initiative's progress and needs. See Find and export reports.
